At Pearl Valley we pride ourselves on providing remarkable customer service and customer satisfaction by ensuring you are pleased with your purchase.
When an item is returned you need to ensure the it’s in the original packing, the label is attached to the items, the items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused. Customers that are wanting to exchange/ enquire about refund must make contact with the Pearl Valley Golf Shop within 7 days on the purchase. Only the items purchased on the Pearl Valley online store will be exchanged or refunded.
Once we have inspected the product, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 4 days of the return (or provide a refund via EFT should you prefer this option). Please note that it may take 5 – 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. The Pearl Valley Golf Shop are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
The customer will not responsible for the shipping charge and we will arrange the collection of the item once you have logged the return/exchange with us. Should you have received the incorrect item we will absorb the shipping costs occurred in replacing the item.

- Golf balls
- Ball markers
- Divot tools
- Bag tags
All items purchased on sale will be refunded for the sale amount.
